Due to an unfortunate misunderstanding on our hosting providers part, we have been having quite a few issues with support emails not coming trhough at all.
The problem is that it has been very random and only affected a handful of users, so we really didn't notice the pattern before today.
This is very unfortunate and we have now taken measures to make sure that it will not happen again.
If you are sitting there with a somewhat bad support experience due to lack of a reply, then this is the reason.
Those of you who stopped receiving replies from our support team, please make a hollar!
Send us an email at email@example.com or go to the support web site and bump your ticket.
Alternatively you can also open a new ticket or refer us to the original ticket number.
